How can I find out if the accommodation is available during the time period in which I am interested?

Do you have accommodation in addition to that offered on your website?
Yes, we do have other accommodation to offer. To know more, please contact us at email@example.com; firstname.lastname@example.org.
Do I have to book an entire week’s accommodation?
The main Villa we rent only for an entire week, Saturday to Saturday.
However for the apartments, the minimum stay is only three nights.
What deposit is required?
We require an initial deposit of 30% of the total rent.
When should I pay the balance?
For the rental of the main Villa, the balance is due 60 days before the check in date.
For the rental of an apartment, if you make a “last minute reservation”, the balance is due upon arrival in cash or by credit card. If you make your reservation far in advance, then the balance is due 60 days before the check in date.
What is your cancellation policy?
For the Villa or events:
For a cancellation made 60 days or more prior to the check-in date, 1/3 of the deposit will be reimbursed. If the cancellation is made less than 60 days prior to the check-in date, the total paid will not be reimbursed (deposit + balance paid).
For the apartments:
If you cancel more than 60 days before your date of arrival, 1/3 of the deposit will be reimbursed. In the case of a cancellation within 60 days of arrival, your deposit will not be reimbursed.
For a last minute reservation, in case of cancellation the deposit will not be reimbursed.
Which methods of payment do you accept?
We accept credit cards and bank transfers (wires).
How much is the damage and cleanliness deposit?
For the rental of the main Villa and for events, you are strictly obliged to pay a 10% deposit (cash or check only) upon check in, to cover possible damages and expenses caused by the tenant and his suppliers, to be reimbursed one week after check out, in case of no damages or other claims.
For the rental of an apartment, there is a damage deposit of €300 which should be paid in cash upon arrival and will be returned to you upon departure if no damage has occurred and if the apartment is left reasonably clean.
When must I check in and check out?
Your accommodation will be available from 4:00 – 7:30 pm on the day of arrival (if you expect to arrive later, please contact us) and until 12 noon on the day of departure.
What does the rental fee include?
The rental fee includes VAT, tourist taxes, water, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating and final cleaning.
Can I park my car close to the accommodation?
When are swimming pools open?
The pools open from June until September, unless unusual weather prevails.
Do you arrange flights, car rental or transfer from and to the airport?
