Private Rental
Some of the residences and buildings of the estate have been transformed into guest-houses and fully furnished apartments, made available to guests for short stays or longer stays – a wonderful alternative to the “classic” rental apartment. The rooms are available to guests between 4:00 pm and 7:30 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 12:00 on the day of departure. Use of the 2 pools from June to September. Private outdoor parking on the property. The kitchens of the apartments and the main villa are fully equipped.
VILLA
The ground floor of the Villa houses two elegant halls, an internal arcade courtyard and various spaces used as an office and meeting room in which to host receptions, conferences, exhibitions and other activities. The spacious lounge on the ground floor opens onto the splendid garden where you can enjoy a breathtaking view of Florence and the Arno valley.
The Villa can accommodate up to 18 people in 9 spacious bedrooms.
Ground floor: entrance with vaulted ceiling, atrium, 4 double / twin rooms with bathroom (with bathtub).
First floor: 5 double / twin bedrooms with 3 bathrooms, large living room opening onto the furnished terrace overlooking the historic garden, dining room, large kitchen, laundry / ironing room, lift.

Two entrances: from the garden or directly from Via del Rossellino.
Capacity: 8 people (about 180 square meters); Air conditioning / heating. Ground floor: large living room with fireplace and traditional architecture; kitchen with beautiful antique fireplace and wall oven, equipped with modern equipment; services and laundry; ceilings with wooden beams and terracotta floors. First floor: four double bedrooms, three bathrooms with shower or bathtub (one in the bedroom); view of the lemon garden and the surrounding hills and valleys.
La Limonaia (adjacent to the room where lemon trees are stored in winter) is a historic 15th-century farmhouse that belonged to the family of the famous sculptor and architect Bernardo Rossellino.
NETTUNO
Located along the bowling-green, overlooking the gardens, Settignano and Florence. Two entrances, from the lawn and from the driveway, with private garden.
Capacity: 6 people (about 150 square meters); air conditioning / heating. Large living room with antique stone fireplace and terracotta floor; three double rooms with bathroom (shower); kitchen equipped with modern appliances.
The Neptune was once a large room used for playing tennis.

The Chapel was originally part of the seventeenth-century chapel.
